The Eka ham/salmon slicer is part of Eka's butcher pro series. The blade is made from 12c27 stainless steel to produce a strong reliable blade that is highly resistant to rusting. The hardness of the blade allows the ham/salmon slicer to retain a sharpened edge for a longer period of time than its competitors.
The handle is made from hard wearing santoprene polymer to provide a durable grip when in use.
