Ultimate Biotic is designed for daily digestive maintenance and contains a wide variety of 15 different types of shelf stable friendly probiotic flora, including Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium and soil based organism strains, to create optimal microbial balance. The innovative combination of varying organisms will aid digestion and provide microbial balance by suppressing unhealthy bacterial or fungal populations from developing. Prebiotics play an integral part to the effectiveness of ultimate biotic. The unique blend of 5 different soluble and insoluble fibres (prebiotics) ensures the good bacteria make it through the harsh stomach environment to your large intestines. SBOs (soil based organisms) are naturally resistant to the harsh environment of the upper digestive tract and stomach, unlike lactic acid-based bacteria which generally die once they reach harsh stomach environments.
