Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of the product being delivered to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.
Exclusions to our change of mind policy
We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include:

Damaged or faulty items
If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Because it was cheap I wasn’t expecting much. But I was pleasantly surprised! For the price, the quality is excellent. It was very easy to assemble. I just bought one for my kids room, now I’m contemplating buy more for my dining table!

Love this chair, as stunning as it looks on the website picture. Comfortable to sit and eat in relaxation. blended well with my dining and lounge, perfect for a small unit apartment living. Looks elegant in any setting and colour perfectly matched with my lounge sofa. I use it as 2 seater dining and move 1 to lounge as needed.
