Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of the product being delivered to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.
Exclusions to our change of mind policy
We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include:

Damaged or faulty items
If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

I admit I purchased this garden bench because it was on special, and it was a very good special indeed. I do own another timber garden bench, purchased elsewhere, different brand, different company. That purchase was a disappointment as the quality of timber and the cutting/joints to fit were poor. This piece is the opposite. Top timber, beautifully cut and easily put together beautifully. My previous purchase was obviously built to a price, this DukeLiving Komo Garden Bench is built to quality craftsmanship. I am glad I saw the deal. It is an excellent product.
