Change of Mind

We may allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of the product being delivered to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product. You will not receive a refund for the original shipping cost of the product.


Exclusions to our change of mind policy

We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include:

  • heavy, large and bulky items (e.g. furniture, mattresses, large or heavy appliances);
  • consumables (e.g. cosmetics);
  • health products;
  • jewellery;
  • toppers, underlays, pillows and quilts;
  • intimates (including underwear, swimwear, socks and hosiery).

Products which are on promotion (indicated by a ‘Sale’ or ‘Limited Time Deal’ badges, or which were discounted with a coupon or promo code) will also be ineligible for change of mind returns.

We may also refuse change of mind returns at our discretion where your request does not meet our Fair Use standards. These include where:

  • we believe have made an unreasonable amount of change of mind return requests; or
  • we suspect fraud, misuse or abuse of this policy.

Damaged or faulty items

If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

  • This looks amazing. And the gas lift is just so useful. My mattress is an Eva spring mattress, it's pretty heavy, this gas lift only just holds it up, so the gas lift could be a slightly stronger gas strut. But it does still do the job. The frame itself is lovely, very nice colour and feel. And the price is very reasonable compared to other frames out there. I think this bed would be one of my best purchases, for value and looks. I couldn't be happier.

  • Fantastic bed! was a bit scared when the pistons wouldn't go down, however a quick google search found that the solution is to put your mattress on top of the frame and have 2 people pull down on the frame right where the pistons attach. The even pressure meant that the bed came down smoothly! watch your fingers! Highly recommended for storage and looks😍

  • Honestly this bed frame looks great… but functionality wise it was a disappointing purchase. The gas lift function isn’t strong enough to handle the weight of my mattress so someone needs to hold the bed up while items are being placed/taken from underneath. For reference my mattress is a standard foam and wire combo style mattress. Another disappointing part is that in the top right and left corners there are no supports for the frame and therefor when my partner and I are in bed the frame buckles on the sides and slants into the base box. This means that my partner and I have to both sleep in the middle of the bed to keep the weight centred. For reference our combined weight is 130kg. If you are wanting to purchase this frame I would recommend using it as a spare bed or ensure that your mattress is very very lightweight so that it is actually a functional bed. Unfortunately this is not the bed for me and I will be saving to get a replacement ASAP.

  • Good bed frame and looks good when finally assembled. Assembly was not simple as some screws were very difficult to get in. Also some of the holes did not align and we had to use a drill to adjust the holes
