Due to the nature of this product, it is excluded from our change of mind policy.
Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of the product being delivered to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.

Damaged or faulty items
If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The unit looks fantastic and was easy to put together (just had to screw in the feet). Very good quality, solid, everything works and it looks great in our room. Very happy!

This entertainment unit is good looking with nice cathedral swirls that American Oak is known for. It is constructed from solid wood, with dove-tailing evident on the inside of the drawer joins and other corner joins, which you don't see with MDF/veneer/non-solid wood furniture - this is one sign of a good quality solid wood product. The unit comes fully built except for the screw on wooden legs. I had the first unit arrive with some damage that occured during transport. Duke Living/MyDeals were quick to send a replacement unit, which arrived within 4 days of me initiating the returns process. The replacement unit is immaculate and now takes pride of place in my lounge. 5 stars for good customer service.
