Returns Policy
For change of mind returns, please contact our customer service for instructions. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item, we will exchange your product or refund the purchase price less any shipping fees. (Cancelling your order when it is in transit counts as a return.)
You may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date. All items must be returned in exact condition including in the original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Warranty Policy
We have strict quality control but sometimes goods arrive to you that are not working as intended. We back everything we sell with a minimum one-year warranty (from sale date) that covers:
defects in manufacturing, and
not being fit for purpose.
And will be voided for things such as:
normal wear and tear
damage caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, lack of maintenance, carelessness, natural disasters, kids, pets and so on
commercial use of non-commercial equipment (unless allowed by the manufacturer)
modification by an unauthorised person
When returning a product under warranty you can either get your product:
repaired,
replaced, or
refunded
To return a product under warranty, get in contact with our customer service team and they will be happy to help you. We pay for return shipping costs for all genuine warranty returns.
So good so far. I bought this blanket about a month ago for my son who has ASD and generally sleeps very lightly, waking at the slightest noise. He definitely likes it and does seem to be sleeping more deeply. The quality appears to be very good & my son, who has sensitivity with many fabrics, is fine with the blanket & cover fabrics. I like that the blanket has 10 attachment points in the cover so it doesn’t move around and get bunched up in there. It was fiddly to tie 10 little bows but that’s ok if they stay done up and attached which they have so far. The sand or whatever is used in the blanket does seem to me to move & create heavier spots that can be evened back out easily by laying the blanket flat but maybe it’s my imagination - my son isn’t bothered by it and hasn’t mentioned it. I haven’t had to launder the cover yet but am not anticipating any problems if I follow the instructions. Overall very pleased.
