Returns Policy
For change of mind returns, please contact our customer service for instructions. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item, we will exchange your product or refund the purchase price less any shipping fees. (Cancelling your order when it is in transit counts as a return.)
You may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date. All items must be returned in exact condition including in the original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Warranty Policy

When returning a product under warranty you can either get your product:

I bought one of your covers a week ago but inadvertantly ordered the wrong size. I wanted one for my Mercedes SLK 320 but got a large one which fits my XJ8 Jaguar for which I also needed a new cover, perfectly. This is truly value for money. I bought a cover for my Mercedes from Autobarn at the weekend , only about $35 but was assured it would keep the dust off the car, After two days of being covered I removed it to find my black car was brown. A total waste of money. I am so impressed with your product , value for money, I am now ordering one to fit the Mercedes. Hope it fits as well as the large one.
