To submit a faulty item claim please follow the steps below:

- If your claim is reported after 10 days once your claim is approved you must return the item at your own cost and once inspected you will receive a repair or replacement
- If the item is returned and not found to be defective a refund will be processed less a restocking fee of 15% of the product price.
- Our team may provide simple repair instructions to complete in order to solve the problem we will require the customer to conduct these repairs as a first step before any returns can be approved
