The DJI Mini 2 SE 4K Drone is a compact and convenient travel companion that transforms how you capture your favorite memories. It has a 1/2.3 CMOS sensor and 12MP effective pixels. The 3-axis motorized gimbal ensures consistently smooth imagery. It also has a Quick Shots feature that automatically records and shoots professional-level videos with just a few taps. The panorama feature allows you to select from wide-angle, 180o, and sphere panoramas. The 4x zoom enables you to transition between shots of varying distance and composition. The robust flying capabilities allow you to fly in environments with level-5 winds up to 38 km/h. The maximum flight time is 31 minutes. It also has a 360o propeller guard and a 2-way charging hub. The charging base is a display case that charges and stores the DJI Mini 2 SE drone.

Orders are shipped from our distribution centre within 2-3 business days after full payment is received. We partner with trusted couriers, including Australia Post, Aramex, Allied Express, Toll, and Hunter Express, to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery. Estimated delivery times vary by location: 3-5 business days for VIC, 4-8 business days for NSW, SA, and ACT, and 7-10 business days for QLD, NT, WA, and TAS. While we strive for timely delivery, exact arrival dates cannot be guaranteed.

If a parcel is undeliverable due to an inaccurate address, unsuccessful delivery attempt, or rejection by the receiver, additional fees may apply for re-delivery. In cases of delivery delays or undeliverable postcodes, our team will provide updates and solutions, including replacements or refunds where applicable. If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

At Auzzi Store, we accept returns under certain conditions if you change your mind about a purchase. Please note the following:

1. The item must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order and in a resalable condition. This means it must be new, unused, unworn, unopened, and have all original packaging and tags intact, including any package seals that must remain unbroken.
2. If an item comes in sealed packages or boxes, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns if seals are damaged or broken.
3. You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods, including the cost of return shipping. You will not be eligible for a return if we do not receive the item.
4. We will only provide a refund when we receive the returned product which meets the abovementioned requirements.
5. If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address.

Please note that we charge a 7% - 25% restocking fee if you change your mind about your purchase.
