Returns / Change of Mind Policy: We offer a 30 Day Change of Mind Guarantee, provided the customer does not open or use goods. Customer must provide photos of condition of goods. Upon approval, cost of return shipping is covered by customer. Although we include free shipping for goods sent, we deduct a 20% fee from the total return.
Warranty Policy: A 12 month warranty is provided for most products. We request the customer provides supplementary photos (for non-electrical or non-battery operated products) or video (for electrical or battery operated products), describing the issue.
