In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we will accept exchanges on items or refund that are still in their original condition (new, with package, unassembled) within 14 days of receiving your order. (*All mattress is excluded)
WARRANTY POLICY
We offer 1 year warranty for all brand new product (not applicable on man-made damaged). Please provide us clear pictures of any damaged, or faulty products and contact us along with any details of your purchase, for an exchange or refund within 14 days.
Diamondshome reserves the right to refuse service when the product is found on inspection to be in an unsanitary condition or stained (for mattress warranty), or when product failure is due to causes other than defective workmanship or materials.
