Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
2. The product must be in its original packaging, unused and sealed
3. A 15% re-stocking fee and applicable freight fees will be charged for COM returns
4. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

We were very happy with the product however a big problem with the supplier. A second (unwanted) order was sent and now they are refusing to take the order back unless we pay freight. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. There has been no one for me to communicate with verbally and all emails are unsatisfactory
