The lotus plant is a symbol of purity due to its self-cleansing properties.

The nano-silica coating of the lotus rock wok works in a similar manner, repelling liquids when cooking and making it easy to clean.
This special nano-silica coating is permeable to cooking oils, allowing them to seep inside the surface to strengthen its non-stick capability.
Adding a small amount of oil before cooking creates a surface for a high quality cooking experience.
Underneath the nano-silica coating is a thick, hard layer of ceramic, making the wok extremely durable and safe to use with metal utensils.
High heat resistance enables the lotus rock wok to impart a smoky aroma to food and high ridges allows fat to deter away from ingredients.

RETURNS POLICY

We accept refunds and exchanges for change of mind or incorrect choice or if the item arrives damaged. If the item arrives damaged, we may ask for photo's to be sent to us.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We will replace any goods that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged, providing a claim is made within a reasonable time. Confirmation of your claim can be done by email.

Please ensure once you receive your order that you immediately check for any damage and inform us immediately. To return any item for any reason, the customer must arrange for return regular postage by Australia Post. Please obtain tracking details and advise of the tracking information as soon as your damaged item is sent back to us.

Change of Mind

Our change of mind or incorrect choice policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return for change of mind or incorrect choice, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

You will be responsible for organising and paying for your own regular shipping/postage costs for returning your item. Shipping/Postage costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping/postage will be deducted from your refund. If the item is damaged in transit and your claim is approved, regular postage/shipping will be refunded.
