Tasting Notes:

Rich, bold and luscious. Brimming with stone fruits and lemon notes the finish is lovely and long with a melted buttery vanilla touch.

Technical Notes:

The fruit was picked from a single vineyard in the Blewitt Springs sub region of McLaren Vale. The fruit was pressed and underwent malolactic fermentation in oak with daily stirring on lees to build and enhance the profile and create the desired buttery flavour. Additional aging with oak prior to being transferred into stainless steel, filtered and bottling to capture the fruit and oak which in time will develop further together.
