Our Cuillin Chardonnay is only made on rare occasions from hand selected blocks at our Capercaillie vineyard. Hand-picked on the 2^nd February, fermented in 40% new French oak and the remainder were hand selected aged barrels. This wine received intensive lees stirring during the 10 months of oak maturation. A stunning wine displaying amazing ripeness and complexity of buttered popcorn, ripe nectarine, sweet peach and lemon curd. Enjoy now or carefully cellar for medium to long term.
