The AirMedia Series 3 Receiver 100 (AM?3100?WF?I) enables secure wireless collaboration in the modern digital workspace. Easy to deploy and manage, install the Receiver in conference rooms, huddle rooms, lounges, lobbies, or almost any space to establish a productive meeting environment.

Connect and Present
The Receiver can be placed beneath, mounted beside, or mounted invisibly behind a display to implement a smart room with wireless collaboration. It features AirMedia wireless presentation capability, an HDMI output to the display (up to 4K), and various USB interfaces for wireless conferencing and touch interactivity. Connect your laptop, smart phone, tablet, AirMedia Connect adapter, or other source type to instantly present the source image on the display.

AirMedia Wireless Presentation
With AirMedia technology, users can wirelessly present content from laptops, smartphones, and tablet devices via built in Wi?Fi network capabilities or via an external Wi?Fi wireless network. Present content from desktop or laptop computers using downloadable client software, the AirMedia extension for the Google Chrome web browser, or Miracast screen mirroring technology (Windows 10 computers only). Present content from Android and iOS mobile devices with the AirMedia app.

AirMedia Canvas
Present multiple sources simultaneously with the AirMedia Canvas feature. AirMedia Canvas supports two sources. Additional sources will be supported with a software license (sold separately, coming soon). To maximize screen coverage, AirMedia Canvas automatically configures the best possible layout based on the number of active presenters, the type of sources, and their aspect ratios. Use the AirMedia app or a connected touch screen (sold separately) to manage sources and their position on the display.

Enhanced Onscreen Experience
When no source is connected, the AM?3100?WF?I displays a customizable welcome screen on the room display with simple instructions for connecting and presenting. Integration with Microsoft Exchange Server (for Outlook and Microsoft 365 software users), Google Calendar , or Crestron Fusion room scheduling software allows the space

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

Change of mind returns are accepted within the first 7 days but will incur a 5% restocking fee. Returns within 30 days will attract a 20% restocking fee. The following criteria must be met:

 

  1. The item must be received by us within 7 days of the request.
  2. The item is in the original, sealed packaging with no missing or damaged parts.
  3. The item is not in large quantity (greater than 5 units)
  4. The item value is less than $1,000.
  5. The item is not used in any way.

Please Note:

  • Refunds can only be made to the original account of payment.
  • The customer is responsible for return postage costs
  • Original postage and insurance costs are not refundable.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returned items if the conditions above are not met, a postage fee may also apply.

WARRANTY RETURNS

Products purchased from our store are subject to a standard manufacturer warranty period. If an item is found to be faulty within 14 days, the item will be treated as Dead on Arrival (DOA). Outside of this period, the item will be processed as a standard warranty case. Physical damage is not covered by DOA or warranty.

DOA WARRANTY CLAIMS POLICY

DOA claims are eligible for a refund or replacement, given the following criteria are met -

  1. We are notified of the issue within 14 days of the order date.
  2. The item has been packed back into its original packaging, will all included accessories and documentation.

Please Note:

  • A replacement or refund will be issued after the faulty item has been returned to us.
  • Assessment may apply in some circumstances before a refund or replacement can be issued.

STANDARD WARRANTY CLAIMS POLICY

Items found to be faulty outside of the 14 Days DOA period will be subject to standard warranty terms. Please contact the product's manufacturer for troubleshooting and more details about warranty terms.

Please note:

  • The customer will be responsible for any return postage costs.
  • The processing time is generally 2-3 weeks from when we receive the faulty unit.
  • The claim may result in a repair, new or refurbished replacement, or refund depending on manufacturer approval.
  • The customer should provide their invoice number and item's serial number when contacting us. eBay only keeps a sales history of up to 3 months so we are not able to retrieve order details with eBay usernames after this period.
