1. Handling time: We dispatch on the same business day if orders are placed before 3pm AET. Orders after 3pm AET will be sent the next business day.

2. All orders are sent via AU POST and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. It may take longer due to special circumstances, and rural areas might take up to 10 business days.

3. If there is an issue with the address or no one is available to receive/collect the parcel, AU POST will return the parcel to the sender. In this case, the customer will need to pay for resend postage.
