If your product is faulty, damaged on arrival (DOA), or develops an issue within the warranty period, please contact us for assistance. Customers are not responsible for return postage costs for faulty, DOA, or defective products. We will provide a reasonable remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACCC), which may include a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature of the defect.
Returns Policy (Change of Mind - COM)
We understand that mistakes happen, which is why we accept returns for change of mind within 2 weeks from the date of purchase. If you decide to return an item, it must be in its original condition, including the free screen protector and splash-resistant phone bag if applicable, and sent back to us for an exchange or refund.
Return postage, freight, and associated costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. If the item/s have been used, we cannot honour a return for change of mind. The product/s must be returned in their original condition. If the packaging is damaged during the return delivery, a 50% deduction may be applied. Please ensure items are wrapped and packaged securely.

Customers are responsible for all change-of-mind returns. We are not responsible for any missing parcels sent back to our warehouse, and we strongly recommend providing an Australia Post or courier tracking number for your returns.
