The Model 320 is ideal for sharpening all types of knives, including kitchen, household, sporting and pocket knives. This compact unit features resilient elastomeric feet that hold the unit securely to the work surface. Engineered and assembled in the USA.

Compact and lightening fast, this professional sharpener uses advanced technology to sharpen both fine edge (straight edge) and serrated knives. 2-Stage sharpening provides arch-shaped edges, which are stronger and longer lasting than hollow ground or conventional “V” edges. Stage 1 uses 100% fine diamond abrasives to create the first bevel and Stage 2 ultra-hones the edge using advanced micron size 100% diamond abrasives to complete the second bevel.

The precisely formed conical diamond abrasive disks gently apply optimal sharpening pressure, guaranteed to never detemper the edge. Highly-precise knife guides automatically position and stabilize the knife as you sharpen for fast, foolproof results.

Returns Policy

1. You changed your mind

We offer a generous 30 day return policy for change of mind on selected items only. Some products cannot be returned due to health and sanitary reasons. Please check the listing first, and if returns are accepted, then you are welcome to return it to us up to 30 days after you received it for your choice of exchange or full refund, excluding original delivery costs.
Items returned must be in brand new, unused condition, in their original shipped packaging. Products must be unopened with original manufacturer seals still intact, or we cannot accept them back.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of sending a replacement product back to you.

2. You received the wrong item, or it arrived damaged

All orders leave our warehouse in brand new undamaged condition. If you have received the wrong product or your item arrives damaged, we will replace it for you (or if stocks are exhausted, refund you in full) and reimburse you for any return shipping costs you incur to return the item to us. Please send us a copy of the receipt for any shipping costs you incur.
Please note that it is important to inspect your order as soon as you receive it and promptly notify us of any damage. We appreciate your attention to this matter and encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you encounter any issues with your order.
Please take photographs of the damage and send us an email so we can report it to our insurer, carrier and fulfillment team.
