What is your returns policy?
At Fine Foams, we are 100% committed to making you happy. All our products have a 30-day trial which starts upon
receiving your order.
If you do not fall in love with the order, you may return them for a full refund. Just contact us
within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will organize your full refund.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, with tags and original
packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
Each order is hand-checked and packed by a member of Team Fine Foams before it goes out the door to ensure you get
the best! While we make every effort to confirm your order arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things could happen.
If you discover a fault with the item(s), you received, please take pictures of the defect and contact us immediately.
Refunds
Returns made will be refunded in your original form of payment. Once you receive the refund email confirmation, it will take
2-5 business days to process into your account, depending on your bank. If it takes any longer than this, we would
recommend contacting your bank or merchant (e.g. Afterpay, Klarna) directly.
Please note shipping fees are not refundable.
1-Year warranty
We are proud to offer a 1-year warranty on our products as it meets the highest standards for domestic use.
Please retain a copy of your order confirmation as proof of purchase. You'll need this to make a claim; without it, we reserve the right to reject any claim under this warranty.
Please also note that the warranty is for the benefit of the original purchaser only and is not transferable at resale.
