These LED high bay lights are BRILLIANT! They replaced nominal 400 W mercury vapour lights that actually consumed 500 W & the level of illumination appears to be equal or better, possibly due to more effective light distribution. That two of the four lights were missing the snap hooks on the end of the suspension chain is easy to excuse, obviously an oversight. Installation was a breeze. Very happy with my purchase.

They are very good lights but I was very disappointed with the transport company that was used and the company sending the goods as they requested a signature before they would leave the package. If they couldn’t find me they took the package away and was very frustrating.
