Turned up in the blink of an eye! Cheaper than that hardware store for a specific use item, yet this one has so many! You need to be aware that you must operate this. It gets to huge temperatures really quickly, so you need to fiddle with the inlet and outlet ports until it is good. I find let a load of charcoal or two get burnt well for an hour or so then roast at 190 to 240 for that smoky, amber deliciousness! Best roast duck ever, pork belly every night. Butterflied legs of lamb and chickens also....when it cools down, char siu pork.....get it on your fork! ( Buy stretchy pants in the same transaction, you're gonna need em!)

Not Australian standard, the regulator wasn’t fit to the bottle gas, you need to buy another one to fix it. And the user menu was really blurred.(—_—“)

Cooked a roast lamb and pizzas. Fantastic. Bacon and eggs cooked using one burner on low. binning the baby que.

I have a 5kg beef rump in a bag in the fridge now - it was easy to use following the directions in the packaging. Won’t know how good the end result is until a few weeks time.
