California poppy is traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine to induce sleep and reduce the time taken to fall asleep.
Passionflower is traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine to relieve sleeplessness and reduce disturbed and restless sleep, relieve restlessness, as well as symptoms of stress and mild anxiety.

Each orally disintegrating tablet contains:
Eschsholtzia californica (California Poppy) extract dry conc.	66.7mg
from dry herb flowering	1g
Passiflora incarnata (Passionflower) extract dry conc.	3mg
from dry herb flowering	300g

Directions for Use

Adults: Take 2 tablets once daily before bed or as recommended by your healthcare professional. Place tablets on the tongue and allow them to dissolve completely.

If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Contains Gluten & Sulfites. Do not use if breastfeeding, pregnant, or are likely to become pregnant. Do not use if blister seal is broken.
