By increasing 10,000ppm more in Safflower Seed Oil & Evening Primrose Oil, experience more hydrated, plumper, and smoother skin. Safflower seed oil contains high levels of antioxidant vitamin E, which helps maintain skin elasticity, and reduces inflammation. Evening primrose oil contains linoleic acid which helps to smooth and revitalise the skin, and promote moisture retention.
