30-Day Return Policy
You may return the unwanted product to Mac Ecommerce Pty Ltd ,for a refund or replacement within 30 days of the delivery date. You are responsible for the shipping fees. Beyond the end of those 30 days, refunds for unwanted products are not available.

To submit a faulty item claim please follow the steps below: Contact Us with Order number photos or video evidence displaying the fault and a detailed description of the problem.

• If there is no problem of the product, or for customer reasons (buy by mistake or change of mind), customer need to pay postage to return plus 15% of restocking fee of the product price.
• We will not be liable for the cost of installation or removal of any item and the warranty will be voided if damage occurred during or after installation or a damaged or incorrect unit has been installed.
