Suggestion:

1) Make sure there is enough water so that the pump, can stay under the water completely.
2) Solar panel must be fully exposed to sunlight, without leaves or other sheltered objects on the surface of the panel. When the solar panel receives enough light, the water pump works normally.
3) Please clean the pump regularly to avoid clogging the pump.
4) When the water pump is just put into the water, there is air in it, which may affect the spraying effect. It is recommended to connect the nozzle after the water pump sprays water normally.
