Use Tips:

1. Make sure you have put enough water in the fountain so that the pump can stay entirely under the water
2. You should clean the pump on regular basis to avoid the pump get blocked with dirt
3. The fountain works only when ALL panels are exposed to full, direct sunlight, a leaf shading one panel keeps it from functioning. It does not store any energy
4. When the water pump is just put into the water, there is air in it, which may affect the spray effect, recommended to wait for the water pump to spray normally before connecting the nozzle

Christmas Delivery: Orders placed up to 11/12/2024 will be delivered on or before the 24th December. Orders after this date may not arrive in time for Christmas. Orders between Christmas and New Year could take longer than advertised.

RETURN: All returns must be authorised or approved by our team before any package is shipped back to us. We only accept returns via courier to our return address.
