These high quality contact lenses are not only comfortable to wear, but can be reused many times within a year from opening. Soft Cosmetics Contact Lens Contents: Two sterile hydrophilic contact lenses immersed in saline solution. Includes Contact Lens Case. Caution: To ensure that your contact lenses are comfortable and your vision is clear, you should only wear your contact lens as prescribed by your eye-care practitioner and follow all recommended maintenance steps. These contact lenses are for cosmetic use only.

Instruction: Before wearing the contact lens, wash your hands thorougly with mild soap and dry your hands. Inspect the contact lens for scratches or damage before inserting them into your eyes. Once inserted into your eyes, maxium wear is 8 hours per day. If your eyes become irritated or infected, immediately remove the contact lenses from your eyes and seek medical advice. Wash your hands before removing the contact lens from your eyes. Wash the lenses with Multi-Purpose Cleaning Solution after each wear and it is suggested to change the care solution regularly to keep the lenses moisturised and fresh in the lens case.

Dispatch timeframe within 1-2 business days. Goods are shipped using Australia post with tracking. Larger or bulk items will be shipped via Direct Freight Express.

Delivery timeframe is 5-10 business days.

We are closed from 20th Dec 2024 and re-open 6th Jan 2025. All orders received during this period will be shipped on Mon 6th Jan 2025.

All returned items must be in new and unused condition with original tags and labels attached. Boxed items can be opened, but all packaging must be included. To return an item, place it securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase and contact us through the Marketplace messaging inbox for return instructions prior to sending goods back.

Please note, customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. After we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund or exchange less postage cost.
Refunds will be sent to your original method of payment. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from our receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds might take 1-2 billing cycles to post to your credit card statement, depending on your bank. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

The length of the consumer guarantee period depends on the product and a variety of other factors. All claims for damages/ faulty will be access on a per case to case basis.
