Dispatch timeframe within 1-2 business days. Goods are shipped using Australia post with tracking. Larger or bulk items will be shipped via Direct Freight Express.

Delivery timeframe is 5-10 business days.

All returned items must be in new and unused condition with original tags and labels attached. Boxed items can be opened, but all packaging must be included. To return an item, place it securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase and contact us through the Marketplace messaging inbox for return instructions prior to sending goods back.

Please note, customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. After we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund or exchange less postage cost.
Refunds will be sent to your original method of payment. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from our receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds might take 1-2 billing cycles to post to your credit card statement, depending on your bank. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

The length of the consumer guarantee period depends on the product and a variety of other factors. All claims for damages/ faulty will be access on a per case to case basis.

Contact lenses, Cosmetic and Make-up are not eligible to be returned, due to health regulations. We cannot exchange or refunds if you change your mind.
