This bath spout is unique in it's design. The freestanding spout is attached to the floor, making it a perfect pairing with one of our free standing baths. There is a knob to divert water to either tub spout or hand shower. The handheld device allows for easy washing of your hair and cleaning of the whole bath, let you control over the direction of the water. Being a floor mounted spout it allows you to put it anywhere next to the bathtub, while at the same time your walls can remain clutter free. The chrome finish allows for the tap to stand out in your bathroom.

30-Day Return Policy
You may return the unwanted product to Mac Ecommerce Pty Ltd ,for a refund or replacement within 30 days of the delivery date. You are responsible for the shipping fees. Beyond the end of those 30 days, refunds for unwanted products are not available.

To submit a faulty item claim please follow the steps below: Contact Us with Order number photos or video evidence displaying the fault and a detailed description of the problem.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

if the problem with a product is minor, we may provide simple repair instructions to customer, in order to solve the problem we will require the customer to conduct these repairs as a first step before any returns initiated.
If there is a problem of the product,we will provide prepaid label to customer,customer may choose refund or a replacement.
If there is no problem of the product, or for customer reasons (buy by mistake or change of mind), customer need to pay postage to return plus 15% of restocking fee of the product price.
We will not be liable for the cost of installation or removal of any item and the warranty will be voided if damage occurred during or after installation or a damaged or incorrect unit has been installed.
