During the past 60 years since it's introduction, the Piper Cub has probably been reponsible for training more full scale pilots than any other single aircraft in history and is still going strong today. Balsa USA's 1/4 scale model holds true to its fine tradition. No other Cub kit is as complete for the price. Accurate, in outline, our Cub kit is as easy to build as it is to fly. A complete step-by-step photo illustrated instruction manual leads you through the construction of the model from the start to finish. The hardware package is absolutely complete with over 100 items. This kit is loaded with precision jig-cut and die-cut parts to simplify and speed up the building process. No special tools are necessary because there are no screened parts. Easy to build and even easier to fly, the Cub is the perfect choice for a modelers first 1/4 scale project. The two piece scale wing design comes apart easily, making the model simple to transport and set up. The flying characteristics are absolutely outstanding just like the full scale Cub. The Balsa USA Cub is truly a great kit of a legendary aircraft.

Change of Mind Returns: We may provide you with a product exchange or refund only when we receive the returned product. You are responsible for payment of return postage on your order.

Customer should cover the return shipping for change of mind purchases, if the item is still new, unused and sealed in original packaging a full refund will be processed once item is returned. ( Items must be returned within 14 days after receiving the order)

Address Changes: If you enter the incorrect name or shipping address details and the item is returned to us via Australia Post, you will be subject to a RTS(return to sender) fee. You will also be responsible for reshipping charge

Return process: If you have a problem with your goods, please contact us within 14 days after receiving the order. We will investigate your issues and advise whether your product may be returned and how to return your goods.

Once an item is returned we will either inspect your goods and investigate any claimed defect or in some cases, send the goods to third parties for assessment and/or repair.

If we do not believe a remedy is applicable upon inspecting your goods (for example, where we believe the goods have been misused, or there was a failure to use in accordance with manufacturer's instructions, used it in an abnormal way or there has been a failure to take reasonable care), we will reject your claim and return your goods to you. You must cover the cost of return shipping in order to receive goods we have rejected on inspection, and we will provide you with instructions on how to make this payment.
Any refunds will be issued using the payment method used for purchase. We aim to process refunds and replacements within 14 days after receiving the order.
