Ice hardened and delicately tempered, Baccarat® knives sit comfortably at 53 Rockwell standard to guarantee the highest level of tensile strength. The MicroDot laced handles have been specifically designed to mould to the users hand to decrease fatigue and ensure maximum grip. Each of these blades features a Damascus blade characterised with mottling reminiscent of flowing water, as well as a unique matte black ceramic coating, designed to be stain resistant, immune to acidic foods, and provide an antibacterial layer.
