5. This product is designed for indoor use only, sunlight can damage the infrared sensor

1. If you have thick liquid or soap, it should be diluted with water in order to function it properly.
Please don't use with alcohol gel.
2. NEITHER flush the unit with the strong flowing water NOR immerse the bottom of unit in water,
which may damage battery compartment.
3. DO NOT expose the unit to direct sunlight or strong light, mirror, water flow, which may interfere
IR sensor system.
4. If you are not going to use the soap dispenser for an extended period of time, it is good idea switch it
off empty soap and clean it remove batteries
and store unit in dry place.
FOR BETTER PERFORMANCE: Please use brand new batteries. Don't use thick soap/liquid (You
can dilute with Water).
Put your hand close enough to sensor.

Most products come with a 30-day change of mind policy. If at any time within the first 30 days from the purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.

Warranty Claims:
Most of our products are supported by a 12-month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturing faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the product description for this. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us to raise a warranty claim.
If you receive an item damaged, you must contact us ASAP to receiving the order. This is because couriers don't accept insurance claims if lodged late. The shipping charges for warranty purposes are to be paid by the customer.
I purchased 2 of these product recently. I used them right away upon opening. unfortunately, one of them broke after 2 days of using. for some reason, the liquid soap overflowed inside the batteries and damaged the rechargeable batteries that i put there. i am sure i did not overfill it but i didn't understand why and how the liquid soap went inside the battery location. i am really disappointed. now i am unsure if the other one will last long.
