Change of Mind
If you�ve changed your mind or purchased the goods in error you may be entitled to return the product for a refund. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item. It must then be returned in original unused re-saleable conditions with all tags and packaging still in tacked in the following 14 days.Â
Return postage fee is at the responsibility of the buyer. You are also responsible for ensuring the product is packaged securely to prevent any damage during the return of the item. Failure to do so may void the resolution to be offered.

For Wet & Dry Machines (Machines with Motors)Â
Total Corporate Services offers a 12 month back to base warranty for all motors from the date of purchase.Â
Until the nature of any fault/damage is determined, the resolution options Total Corporate Services can provide may vary. To assist with a quick resolution process, we will require photos of the issue to be emailed. Once the fault/issue is determined and clarified, Total Corporate Services may offer replacement parts to the customer. Where necessary, the item may need to be returned to repair the fault/issue. Postage fee for returning for repair is the buyers responsibility.Â
The 12 month back to base warranty cover does not extend to damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disaster, or other external causes; such as damage caused by operating the item outside of what is described in the instructions. The warranty is considered void if the item has been modified, altered or tampered with by a person (or persons) not authorised by Total Corporate Services to provide service.
For all Metal Lockers & CabinetsÂ
Total Corporate Services products are made from high quality steel and are warranted for a 5 year period on all metal lockers/cabinets, from the date of purchase.Â
Should this TCS product fail to perform as a result of normal wear and tear, please contact us and inform us of the issue, and simply arrange a return (the freight cost is the responsibility of the buyer) and we will repair and/or replace it at our expense. For advice please contact the organisation you bought the new product from.
This warranty does not apply if a defect occurs as a result of;

Total Corporate Services provides a 12-month standard warranty and service under the guidance of the ACCC for all our products and services, unless otherwise stated in the following sections for specific products and services.
Total Corporate Services accepts returns or exchanges free of charge if products are faulty. If clients are not satisfied with the products, we also accept returns for refunds within 7 days from the purchase date, provided the returned products are in the same condition as when they were sent to the client. The client is also responsible for the sending & return shipping costs to our warehouse.
