I am very happy with the product as it is perfect despite the fact hat I received a different kitchen tap that what I had ordered! Pleased with time of delivery & communication for tracing!

This tap is handy to rinse dishes etc off. It works well and seems to be fairly good quality but seems to be a bit loose at the top section, I don't know if it is supposed to be like that but it still works well, was easy to fit without any leaks.

I have been wanting to upgrade our kitchen tap for ages, so when I saw this gorgeous tap at such a great price I thought it would just be perfect. Now it looks awesome in the online photos and looked just as fantastic when received in it's packaging - bright, shiny and heavy. But that's where the greatness stops for me. There is no sieve/filter on the end of the spout (as every other spout in the house has), so the water flows out unevenly unless the faucet is totally open. Of course with the uneven flow (a bit of water from either side of the spout instead of steady from the entire spout) water tends to splash every where just making a big mess. I don't believe the ceramic disc is of a superior quality as after only a week or so we have a post use drip. It is also a very loud tap when in use, unfortunately our plumber has no solution for us other than to replace it with something else :( Very disappointing

Looks good in the box and what I need to replace current kitchen faucet. Not installed yet - waiting on licenced plumber.

I purchased the style 3 tap and whilst the design and the price is very attractive and delivered with no issue, the head of the tap stopped working within a year and on going back to the supplier for a replacement, i was told that there was nothing to do but to purchase a replacement head for $40. i argued that while the warranty had expired i didnt expect to have to replace the whole product immediately after the warranty period but i was told that there was nothing they could do. i don't expect to have to replace my taps every year and I'm sure other customers wouldn't expect to either. so whilst you might make use of the great price, you may find yourself looking for a replacement tap sooner than you think.
