Simply mix the powder color with the conditioning developer, apply, wait and wipe off for perfectly defined arches.
Brow tinting is one of the most low-maintenance ways to make brows appear fuller and more prominent without makeup or the time and expense of microblading.

3 Easy Steps: MIX / APPLY / SHAPE
1. Preparation
a. Prepare brows by washing with soap and water. Dry thoroughly.
2. Mixing
a. Squeeze a pea sized amount of the conditioning developer into the plastic mixing tray.
b. Shake the tint bottle 3-4 times into the developer and use the plastic spatula to thoroughly mix the tint until it is a smooth consistency.
3. Apply the mixture generously to one brow at a time using the small brush provided for a precise application. Be sure to apply the mixture in the shape of your desired brow and to clean up around the edges to avoid accidental staining of the skin.
4. Processing
a. Set a timer for 10 minutes after application is completed.
b. Once the processing time is complete, remove the color from the brow area with a damp towel. Allow eyebrows to dry thoroughly to see the color results.
c. If a slightly darker color is needed, reapply brow tint and process for another 3-5 minutes.
d. Remove with a damp towel.
e. Discard any unused material. Do not attempt to store or re-use after application.
Conditioning Developer Ingredients: Water (Aqua, Eau), Camellia Oleifera Leaf Extract, Equisetum Arvense Extract, Serenoa Serrulata Fruit Extract, Zingiber Officinale (Ginger) Root Extract, Butylene Glycol, Xantham Gum DMDM Hydantoin, Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate.
Color Powder Ingredients: Sodium Carbonate Peroxide, Sodium Sulfate, Cellulose Gum, p-Phenylenediamine Sulfate, Sodium Carbonate, m-Aminophenol Sulfate, 2,4 - Diaminophenoxyethanol Sulfate, 4-Amino-2-Hydroxytoluene

Domestic deliveries are sent using Australia Post. Australia Post defaults to a Safe Drop service for delivery of parcels in Australia. Safe Drop is when an Australia Post delivery person finds a suitable place at the delivery address where they can safely leave your parcel if it doesn’t fit in your mailbox or if you’re not home to receive it. Australia Post will automatically Safe Drop parcels that don’t need a signature on delivery, as long as their delivery person feels it’s a suitable option.
All domestic shipments come with tracking included.

Please make inquiries with your local importations body and ensure that you are completely familiar with any and all importation fees/taxes and requirements.
If you have changed your mind about a purchased product, you can arrange to return it to us for a full refund. In order to qualify, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. The item must be unopened, unused, untested and in its original packaging.
Postage for change of mind returns is paid for by the customer. The customer assumes risk of loss, theft or damage of goods during return transit. It is strongly advised that you opt in for a tracked shipment option with inclusion of postage insurance.
Bella Scoop will not be responsible for returned parcels lost or damaged in transit. Returns not received by our warehouse will not qualify for a refund.
If a product is missing, arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us within 3 business days. Depending on your situation, we may require you to provide photos or to arrange for the faulty products to be returned to our warehouse.
Please do not dispose of any products or packaging until we have spoken to you about your case.
Once a return case is opened and a return label has been provided to you, the faulty item return must be lodged with Australia Post within 14 days.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
