Bought this to clean tiles in house instead of sweeping, the dog glitter gets everywhere. This vac not only gets it all but is able to also get under things easily. Easy to empty, doesnt scratch against tiles, does the carpet just as easy. Very happy with it.

This vacuum was bought to replace accorded Dyson vacuum which failed. Decided to go with the Miele after researching several brands. Pleased with vacuum after initial use. Long cord and adjustable wand is very handy. Turbo head is easy to use. Several people have commented on the difficulty in cleaning the head and I can see that could be difficult. Seems to have good suction as I bought it mainly for carpets. My deal was easy to deal with and the price was competitive. Delivery was quick.

Had this a couple of weeks and it's just awesome. Very easy to use and the suction is fantastic. Have a cordless Dyson animal and eats that for breakfast. Delighted with my shark, bought on sale so even better.

Bought a month ago. Great little machine for daily zip around. Was easy to put together and is easy empty. Cord is a little shorter than l like, aprart from that all is good. Happy with my purchase.
