Took a little getting used to the cooking options. Was disappointed with cracks on the plastic portion (the surrounding of the element) of the product. One crack had the glue showing. Apart from that it cooks very well and is a lifesaver as my cooktop is broken

It worked very well , very fast cooking etc , but mine went bang the fourth time i went to use it .Full refund very prompt , no problem .
