All of the following grades (A+, A, B and C) are fully functional. Grading is purely based on cosmetic condition of the device. All Gradings comes with a minimum 80% battery health. Refurbished â€“ Grade A+ (Premium Condition) - This device has been through a careful inspection and testing process, and is in a premium condition, without any visible sign of previous use anywhere on the device.Â

Refurbished â€“ Grade A (Excellent Condition) - This device has been through a careful inspection and testing process, and is in excellent condition, which may have very minimal usage signs.Â

Refurbished â€“ Grade B (Good Condition) - This device has been through a careful inspection and testing process, and is in good condition, which may have obvious signs of wear and tear from the previous use.Â

Refurbished â€“ Grade C (Acceptable Condition) - This device has been through a careful inspection and testing process, and is in acceptable condition, which may have obvious signs of wear and tear including scratches from the previous use. Its definitely worth the price.

Return Policy

- If you want to return a Device, you have to follow our conditions under which we can refund your money. You can return the device in case any problem is reported in it within a time of 14 days from the day of purchase. After the returning period is over, OzTech Gadgets do not entertain returns.

- The item should have the purchasing slip as a record that you bought the particular device from us.

- The item should be returned with original packing and all the accessories that were provided with it.

- In the case of wrong shipment with the device having manufacturing defects, OzTech Gadgets provides the necessary compensations as soon as we are contacted.

In case you have used the device it still should be in new condition i.e., without any visible spots or scratches. It should not possess any signs of damage. In a scenario when a wrong order is delivered to you, OzTech Gadgets replaces it immediately you report to us. You can also be compensated with a full fee refund including the shipping charges if you ask for it.

Change of Mind Policy
OzTech Gadgets also offers 14 days COM (Change-Of-Mind) return policy. All COM returned product will incur charge for re-stocking fees. The charge may varied depending on the item condition and case by case basis. However, OzTech Gadgets reserves the right to refuse the return if the product is not in reasonable condition.
