  • During the festival, the store will operate normally and the goods can be delivered normally (please note that the logistics time may be slow during the festival, which is a normal phenomenon, thank you).

  • All items are dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney.

  • Under normal conditions, delivery will take between 3 and 10 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.

  • Remote areas will required longer delivery time.

  • If you are given a tracking number, please use it to track the delivery status of your order.

  • We ship across Australia including major cities like: Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane Adelaide, Canberra, Newcastle and the Gold Coast.

  • This item comes with a warranty for cartridge and a free replacement warranty on the installation parts (such as cartridges screws nuts etc). The warranty period for bathroom products is 5 years, while the rest of the other products are 1 year upon delivery receipt.

  • To submit a faulty item claim please follow the steps below:

  • This item is described as being a Cool Heat Bladeless Fan but so far I have not been able to find anything COOL about it, it simply has a minimal fan that moves the hot air around the room and even on the highest setting has insufficient breeze to do much plus is then far too noisy to have around. As the HEAT setting does actually heat the air I had expected that the COOL setting would have had some cool air coming from it as well but this is not the case. Thus very unhappy with this item

  • It doesn't cool anything, and switches to heat function if left running for more than one hour.

  • Great product keeping us warm on these cool nights and let’s use breathe better with the filtration

  • Excellent item remote could be bigger and better not good for some one with arthritis
