Warranties
All our products are manufactured to the highest quality. As such, we are able to offer you a genuine warranty on all our products. A 1-year warranty is offered on all of our lights. Please contact our sales or customer service team for further information on individual products. We reserves the right not to apply the warranty in cases of inappropriate use or when the product has been tampered with by a third party or interventions by non-authorised personal. All items constructed from natural materials such as concrete, glass or timber, may feature the following characteristics: bubbles, slight lines, pin dots, cut edges, slightly off centre. There may also be slight variances in size of +/- 5mm between stock. These are not considered defects. We will not recognise or accept any unreasonable claim relating to the unique characteristics of these hand made products.
Returns policy
Delivery discrepancies:
Any discrepancies must be reported as soon as is reasonable after delivery. On arrival, if the packaging appears damaged it is recommended that this is marked on the delivery note before you sign.
Missing items:
On delivery: Should an item be missed or appear not delivered then we request that you notify us.
On assembly: Should a part appear missing from an item please report the item as soon as possible that is missing the part along with a description of the part you believe to be missing.
On both the above instances replacement goods will be dispatched asap.
Faulty goods:
Damages: must be reported as soon as is reasonable after the delivery of receipt of goods.
Under Warranty: First instance report the fault to us with a full description of the alleged fault, we will then arrange an engineer to attend and either rectify the fault on site or advise on action needed to remedy. If the fault is deemed a manufacturers fault and the item is under guarantee then we will replace the faulty item FOC.
Not under Warranty: First instance report the fault to us with a full description of the alleged fault, we will then arrange an engineer to attend and either rectify the fault on site or advise on action needed to remedy.
Change of mind:
If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, we will be pleased to offer you a refund provided that:
You can provide satisfactory proof of purchase; and
The item is not a custom-made nor other special exception
All agreed return or exchange are sent back to us within 30 days in a saleable condition as below:
* Never installed
* Unused condition
* With original packaging
* In Original Condition
* Unmarked condition
* Unassembled condition
* No missing parts
* No damage parts
30% re-stocking fee applies (Not including Postage)
If you wish to return an item after 30 days from the day of receiving. No return will be accepted.

All shipping charges are non-refundable.
When returning items please allow 10-14 days from the date of collection for your refund to be processed, we will send you an email to let you know when your refund has been processed. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

Cancellation of bulk orders will incur a 20% cancellation fee
