-This Sharpening Stone is an aluminium oxide sharpening stone, 2 sided stone with one coarse grit and one fine grit side. Intended for sharpening all types of edged tools and knives. Ideal size and convenient for bench work
-This dual grit whetstone is finished with a coarse 120 grit which reshapes or repairs your blunt knife
-This side removes a lot of material from the knife edge so you should only use it when your knife is blunt
-The 240 grit is used for finishing your knife with a sharp cutting edge. Use a slip resistant base so you can pull the blade at a consistent angle
