Damaged or Defective Goods
Cut Price Pharmacy will replace or refund any damaged or defective items at no charge. Please contact us before sending the product back to us as some manufacturers prefer to deal directly with the customer.
Incorrect Items Ordered
Cut Price Pharmacy will issue a full refund for items ordered incorrectly by customers if notified strictly within 7 days of receipt. The item(s) must be returned to Cut Price Pharmacy unopened and in the original packaging. If the customer is at fault, postage costs will not be refunded. Please send the returnable items registered mail. If we have sent you the incorrect product from what you ordered, please send the products back to us.
When you return merchandise please ensure it is packed in a sturdy and secure way so as to avoid any damage in transit.

Dear Customer, please make sure you order correct size for Thermoskin and other Bodyassist products because we don't do refund or exchange for wrong orders.
Cancellation of Order
A cancellation fee will apply where an order is cancelled after the order has been submitted. A one-off cancellation fee of $10 will apply.
