Processing Times Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane Metro Areas: For items that are in stock, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days.
All Other Areas: Delivery can take anywhere between 7 to 14 business days, depending on your location.

International Shipping We currently do NOT ship to select international locations.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original condition, including packaging and tags. To initiate a return, contact us with your order number in the title of the email and reason for the return in the body with all of your contact details.
