How To Use Microdermabrasion At Home

Cleanse your skin using an oil-free, fragrance-free, gentle cleanser.
Make sure your face is dehydrated to allow the microdermabrasion machine to work most effectively.
Gently pull one skin area tight after turning on the machine. Rotate the hand-held device onto your skin in an upward circular motion, do this 2-3 times per spot.
Repeat the full process to your entire face, neck, body or other treatment areas.

PLEASE NOTE

You might not notice an immediate result, but it becomes more apparent after multiple sessions. Please, DO NOT overdo it. Removing an excessive amount of skin can cause your skin to become sensitive, irritated and red. To avoid these side effects, be sure to limit your use to no more than ONCE or TWICE per week. For the healing process, it is essential to find the right moisturizer, facial creams and lotions to restore your skin which does not irritate.
