Acknowledgement & Acceptance
Purchasing goods from the Mattress Crafters, you are accepting the terms and conditions, represent and acknowledge that you are over 18 years old.
When purchasing goods through the Mattress Crafters, you agree that these Terms apply to each order you place. If you do not have the authority or do not agree to these Terms, you are not permitted to use the services.
If we make any changes to our Terms and Conditions, you will be notified of theses promptly. Your continued use of the services of we will amount to acceptance of any updated Terms.
All users are responsible and legally liable for their activity, behaviour, use of and conduct on the Mattress Crafters.
Our Pricing
Unless specified, all products are price listed in Australian Dollars which include all applicable taxes. Once your order has been confirmed, the prices for your items are fixed. With the order confirmation, you agree to pay delivery charges as they are calculated and listed in the order confirmation at the time of purchase.
Damaged Goods
It is required that all products delivered are inspected by the customer as soon as they receive their goods/items. If there is any visible damage to the items, this needs to be identified to our couriers at the time of delivery. Items received in packaging must be inspected upon delivery and if any damage has occurred, this needs to be reported to us as soon as possible.
Lodging a Warranty Claim
Any missing or damaged parts must be reported as soon as possible. If you believe your product is defective, you can make a claim by contacting us.
You will need to provide proof of purchase i.e order confirmation or invoice number. Provide a description of the damage/repair request. Provide photos of the defect. Provide any other evidence of damage.
If Mattress Crafters decide that products or goods are not deemed to be faulty, you may incur any freight or repair fees.
How will Mattress Crafters correct a problem?
Mattress Crafters may need to examine the product to determine if the problem is covered by the guarantee. If it is covered, Mattress Crafters will either repair or replace it with the same or a comparable product. Goods returned for repair will be assessed and/or repaired within a reasonable time. You may be provided with an approximate repair time, which may vary due to reasons beyond ours, or the repairers control i.e parts availability.
Where products are delivered to the customer, it is required that all items are inspected by the customer at the time of delivery. If there is any visible damage to the items and its packaging, this needs to be identified to our couriers at the time of delivery.
