The 30 day Love It or Return It Guarantee will commence the day that the customer takes delivery of the product.
Delivery charges will not be refunded.
Please note, in the event Australia post perform a "Return to Sender" return due to an incomplete or incorrect address, Parcel refused collection etc these returns will be refunded minus a return to sender fee of $13.

We photograph most of our products in house and work very hard to make sure that images are colour correct. Unfortunately colours and intensity of colours can vary greatly from screen to screen and we cannot be held responsible for these variances.
