All items are dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney.
Under normal conditions, delivery will take between 3 and 10 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Remote areas will required longer delivery time.
If you are given a tracking number, please use it to track the delivery status of your order.
We can also provide tax invoice,if you need it.
We ship across Australia including major cities like: Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane Adelaide, Canberra, Newcastle and the Gold Coast.
This item comes with a warranty for cartridge and a free replacement warranty on the installation parts (such as cartridges screws nuts etc). The warranty period for bathroom products is 5 years, while the rest of the other products are 1 year upon delivery receipt.
To submit a faulty item claim please follow the steps below:
Contact Us with your order number, provide photos or video evidence displaying the fault and a detailed description of the problem.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
If there is a problem with the item, please contact us once you receive the package.
If the problem with a product is minor, we may provide simple repair instructions to customer, in order to solve the problem we will require the customer to conduct these repairs as a first step before any returns initiated.
If there is a problem of the product,we will provide prepaid label to customer, customer may choose refund or a replacement.
If there is no problem with the product, or for customer reasons (buy by mistake or change of mind), the customer needs to pay postage to return plus 15% of restocking fee of the product price.
Change of mind return is acceptable within 30 days upon delivery receipt.
Items that are not installed by a licensed plumber(or licensed electrician) will not be warranted.
We will not be liable for the cost of installation or removal of any item and the warranty will be voided if damage occurred during or after installation or a damaged or incorrect unit has been installed.
If product has marks, chips or imperfections, missing components or is not what was purchased, and is deemed unacceptable and/or has been damaged in transit, the product should not be installed.
