19-in-1 Remote Control

The remote control including light on/off & fan on/off, 6 wind speeds, reverse wind, natural wind, 5 different timers and fan speed increase & reduce. You can use this high-sensitive omnidirectional control which signal can penetrate wall to independently turn the unit on/off as well as adjust the fan speed.

Silent Reversible DC Motor

The fan has more speed options and is generally faster to start, stop and change speed and it is much energy saving up to 70% less than a standard AC fan. What's more, the reverse function is designed on the remote but not on the fan motor. You can just sit or stand below and change the fan direction easily. The fan spins in forward to create downdrafts during summer / in a reverse direction to create updrafts during winter.

To submit a faulty item claim please follow the steps below:

Contact Us with your order number, provide photos or video evidence displaying the fault and a detailed description of the problem.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

If there is a problem with the item, Please contact us of receiving the goods. If you do not contact us in time, you will bear the consequences of damage to the goods.
If the problem with a product is minor, we may provide simple repair instructions to customer, in order to solve the problem we will require the customer to conduct these repairs as a first step before any returns initiated.
If there is a problem of the product,we will provide prepaid label to customer, customer may choose refund or a replacement.
If there is no problem with the product, or for customer reasons (buy by mistake or change of mind), the customer needs to pay postage to return plus 15% of restocking fee of the product price.
Change of mind return is acceptable within 30 days upon delivery receipt.
Items that are not installed by a licensed plumber(or licensed electrician) will not be warranted.
We will not be liable for the cost of installation or removal of any item and the warranty will be voided if damage occurred during or after installation or a damaged or incorrect unit has been installed.
